How does the process work?

After speaking with you about what kind of inventory you’d like and determining your specific needs, we will make an appointment for an Inventory Specialist(s) to come to your home. A standard home inventory consists of professional quality photos of the exterior and interior of your home, individual photographs of selected items, and a written list of your property. The time it takes will depend on the size of the property and amount of items inventoried. A standard home of approximately 1,500 feet would take 2-3 hours. We suggest blocking out a half day.

We offer three different packages for the homeowner to choose from depending on their needs—the Secure Plan, Secure Plus Plan, and Secure Assure Plan. Pricing varies based on the size of the home.

Secure Plan: (General Inventory)

Upon completion of the inventory you will receive a printed bound photo book and printed list of the serial numbers within five days. You will also receive two CD’s of the inventory, or for an additional fee of $15, two USB storage devices.

This plan may be combined with additional services such as document scanning or storage options.

  Designed specifically to meet insurance needs in case of a devastating event, the Secure Plus Plan provides a photo inventory of all rooms, garage, and closets in your home. You may select up to forty items to be individually photographed. We will also scan up to forty pages into a searchable excel file such as insurance policies, real estate papers, and receipts of high value items. We will capture all serial numbers of electronic equipment and provide you with an electronic and printed list. Pricing for the Secure Plus package depends on the square footage of you home:

  The Secure Assure Plan is a comprehensive inventory of your home and includes all rooms, closets, garage, and attic (if used as a storage area). You may select up to eighty items to be individually photographed. We will scan all related receipts and any additional documents you choose. We will capture all serial numbers of electronic equipment and provide an electronic and printed list of the equipment. In addition, you will receive one year free storage either online or off site and a one year annual update. The pricing for the Secure Assure Plan depends on the square footage of your home:
